Programmes

• The institute has taken up several activities in collaboration with the researchers from Columbia University in conducting two months intensive training program for teachers of Hindupat Public Schools, in order to update the teachers with global practices in teaching and evaluation with focus on local needs.
• Prof. Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel laureate in Economics visited HITT on January 4, 2014.
• The institute is working on multiple education initiates with Dr. Radhika Iyengar from Columbia University.
• Prof. Pushpa Ramakrishna (Arizona university, USA) and Dr.Sandra Schimdt (Columbia University, USA) conducted training programme for HITT faculty.
• Presently, a research scholar, Mr. Conor Matthew Troy from Columbia University is conducting research in partnership with HITT, on improving education in Raghogarh.
